How much does a Matterport scan cost?
The scan price is based on the interior square footage of the main building, with all floors combined. Every scan includes the Matterport 3D tour and 6 months of hosting. There is no separate setup fee and no custom quote needed for large spaces: the price list covers every size.
For buildings over 7,500 sq ft the price continues per square foot: $649 plus $0.08 per sq ft from 7,501 to 25,000 sq ft (a 10,000 sq ft building is $849), $2,049 plus $0.06 per sq ft from 25,001 to 50,000, and $3,549 plus $0.05 per sq ft above 50,000. The minimum job is $249.
