Matterport TruePlan for Xactimate is delivered as an .SKX sketch file that imports directly into Xactimate, typically within 48 hours. Matterport Sketch is also available for Estimate by Cotality.

Pass-through costs in Xactimate
Xactimate includes FEE SCAN3D for the 3D scan and FEE SKETCH for TruePlan. Restoration contractors can use these line items to pass the scan and sketch costs through to the insurance carrier, subject to the carrier's review and claim terms.
